Check assigned items of user groups

You can check the ARIS Administration user groups, followers, and followed feeds assigned to a Collaboration group.

Prerequisites

  • Collaboration is enabled in ARIS Administration configuration (Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration > Configuration Configuration > Collaboration > General settings > Activate Collaboration).

  • You have at least the ARIS Connect Viewer license privilege.

  • You have the required database access privilege.

  • You are the coordinator of the group.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Collaboration Collaboration.

  2. Under Groups, click the relevant group. The number of ARIS Administration user groups, followers, and followed feeds assigned to this Collaboration group is displayed in the upper right corner.

    If the group is not displayed in your Groups list because it is unpinned, click Find groups and then the relevant group.

  3. Click User groups in the upper right corner to display the user groups from ARIS Administration assigned to this Collaboration group.

  4. Click Followers to display the group members.

  5. Click Following to display the portal feeds the group is following. (Only available for private groups.)

  6. Click Hide to return to the initial group view.

You checked the items assigned to the Collaboration group.
