Edit requests to join private groups

Edit requests for group memberships.

Prerequisites

  • Collaboration is enabled in ARIS Administration configuration (Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration > Configuration Configuration > Collaboration > General settings > Activate Collaboration).

  • You have at least the ARIS Connect Viewer license privilege.

  • You have the required database access privilege.

  • The group is a private group you are the coordinator of.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Collaboration Collaboration.

  2. Open the group.

  3. Click Requests in the upper right corner. The user requests are displayed.

  4. For each request, click Approve or Deny.

If the user was accepted as a group member, the user will be notified accordingly and displayed in the list of followers. If the user was denied membership the user and all other group coordinators receive a corresponding notification.
