Insert information for an object

Provide additional information, such as text and tables, place images or create links to external sources. Users can access this information in several ways.

Prerequisites

You have the ARIS Connect Viewer and Contribution license privileges, or the ARIS Connect Designer license privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. If the Group tree is not visible, click the arrow in the middle on the left side to show it.

  3. Click Edit Edit > Contribute Contribute. The Edit mode is enabled.

  4. Navigate to the required model and select the Diagram fact sheet.

  5. Move the mouse pointer over the object for which you want to insert information in HTML format. The mini fact sheet opens.

  6. Click Go to Overview fact sheet Open fact sheet.

  7. Click the Documentation fact sheet.

  8. Insert the information you want to assign to the selected item.

  9. Click Save Save.

The inserted information is assigned to the object. If you select the object in the Steps fact sheet of the model, the Documentation fact sheet is also displayed in the sidebar for the object.

If objects are displayed incorrectly and with truncated text, your administrator can modify the settings.
