Navigate 'Published content'

If configured by your administrator, you can navigate through published content using different options.

Prerequisite

Your administrator has configured the Navigation panel.

Open 'Navigation'

You can open the Navigation.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Navigation Navigation.

The explorer tree is displayed, and you can navigate through Published content.

Use 'Recent history'

You can use the Recent history to move back and forth between the models you already opened in your session.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Recent history Recent history.

You can move back and forth between the models you already opened in your session.

Move up in the hierarchy

You can move up in the hierarchy if configured.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Up Up. The drop-down box opens.

You can move in the hierarchy.

Navigate back and forth

You can browse back and forth through the models you already displayed.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click arrow up Back or Forward Forward depending on the direction you want to move.

You navigated through Published content.

Use the breadcrumbs

You can use the breadcrumbs to browse through the models or the group structure you already visited. Which breadcrumbs you can use depend on the configuration of the Navigation panel.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click the breadcrumb of the model that you want to display.

You navigated through Published content.

Delete breadcrumbs

If you use the path navigation, that means the navigation through the visited models, is configured, you can clear the breadcrumb navigation for the current path and for the full navigation path.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Settings Settings > Clear path Clear path.

You cleared the breadcrumb navigation for the current path and for the full navigation path.

'Main' group

If the hierarchies navigation, that means the navigation through the group structure of the visited groups, is configured, you can jump to the Main group.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Up Up. The drop-down box opens.

  3. Click Main group.

You jumped to the Main group.

If you use the path navigation, that means the navigation through the visited models, is configured, you can clear the breadcrumb navigation for the current path and for the full navigation path.

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Settings Settings > Clear path Clear path.

You cleared the breadcrumb navigation for the current path and for the full navigation path.

Jump to

If the hierarchies navigation, that means the navigation through the group structure of the visited groups, is configured, you can jump to the Main group.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Up Up. The drop-down box opens.

  3. Click Main group.

You jumped to the Main group.
