Use 'Change history'

Use the change history of GRC tasks to show attribute changes of task versions. Depending on the configuration, the change history is not available to all users. By default, the change history is only available to managers and auditors.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Quick access > My GRC tasks My GRC tasks. Alternatively, click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Open the relevant task.

  3. Click Change history Change history in the left side panel.

  4. If there are various versions, use Collapse all Collapse all/Collapse all Expand all above the list or More More > Collapse all Collapse/Collapse all Expand in specific versions to obtain a better overview.

  5. To display all information about a version, click More More > View Show version in the relevant version.

The change history of the task is shown.
