Edit GRC tasks

Edit your GRC tasks and confirmations in ARIS. Tasks that are only available in ARIS Risk and Compliance are displayed in a new browser tab in ARIS Risk and Compliance. For detailed information on how to work on tasks in ARIS Risk and Compliance, refer to the online help in ARIS Risk and Compliance.

Owners of control test, compliance assessment, and control execution tasks can Hand over task Hand over or Delegate task Delegate tasks to another role using Change responsibility/Open user search Change responsibility.

Prerequisites

For ARIS Risk and Compliance tasks

  • You have a Risk and Compliance role that allows you to edit objects.

  • You have the license privilege Risk and Compliance (Operate), Risk and Compliance (Contribute), ARIS Connect Viewer, or ARIS Connect Designer license privilege.

For confirmations

You have the required privileges in ARIS.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Open 'My GRC tasks' Open 'My GRC tasks' in the header of ARIS to open the list of your GRC tasks. Only if GRC tasks are available for you, the icon with the number of tasks is displayed in the ARIS header. Alternatively, click Application launcher Application launcher > Quick access > My GRC tasks My GRC tasks. Your tasks are displayed.

  2. If necessary, use the Filter filter to restrict the list based on specific search criteria.

  3. Click the relevant task. The dialog for editing the task opens.

  4. Enter the required information and select the relevant options.

Your entries are saved.
