Adapt confirmation parameters

You can change the (default) values of the following confirmation parameters in ARIS Administration (Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration > Configuration Configuration > Risk and Compliance > SYSTEM CONFIGURATION > Workflow management > Component configuration > Confirmation Management).

  • Maximum number of users per confirmation process scheduler

    You can select a value between 1 and 200. Default value: 100

  • Confirmation text and Confirmation button label

    You can also modify the confirmation content to meet the individual requirements when you define the confirmation process scheduler.

The parameter Time in seconds after which the number of pending GRC tasks is to be checked can only be edited using ARIS Cloud Controller. You can select a value between 60 and 900. The default value is 300. The changed value is applied to confirmations that are generated with confirmation process schedulers defined after the change.
