Reset a task

You can reset the status of a task from In process to New. To find out if another user is already editing a task, display the Current editor column in your list (Show/Hide columns Show/Hide columns).

Warning

A reset deletes all current input and selected options.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Quick access > My tasks My tasks.

  2. Move the mouse pointer over the relevant task in the task list. The buttons of the available functions are displayed.

  3. Click More More > Reset.

The data is reset and the status of the task is set to New.
