Search for documents

You can search for documents used in the selected database.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Perform a search. All items whose name contains the search term at the beginning are listed.

  2. Click Filter Filters. The Filter bar opens and the published databases and Documents are displayed under SOURCES.

  3. Enable Documents Documents.

  4. To find only documents that contain the search term in the title, turn off Browse document content.

  5. Click Apply filters.

The search results are displayed. You can open a document in the Documents area of the repository or download it. Click the name of a document. Alternatively, click More > Open in documents Open in documents or Download Download.
